engagement !
We believe in a future for this earth ! A future which
is viable for the next generations, a future where environment and peace rime
together, a future in which we want to take part We want to get involved
and bring to life the idea that:
The environment has to be preserved!
Like riding fools we want to travel all over the Americas on our bikes. By using
this ecological means of transport we set an example of our belief that being
all inhabitants of this planet, we are all responsible for the preservation of
its environment.

Blanchard A large-scale project A
third member and two more wheels! For his program of Outdoor and adventure
tourism at the Université du Québec à Chicoutimi, Pierre
Beauregard has to realize a large-scale project. As a great friend as well
as a committed man, he joins our Tour of the Americas not only to succeed in his
studies, but to get involved as a citizen as well. He will ride 2 or 3 sections
of the Tour with us for at least a month each time. Even though he has not
signed the statement above, Pierre adheres to it as much as we do and his implication
in the preparation of the tour is valuable. His ideas, his personal and professional
qualities are great assets for the tour and that shall be improving the chances
of success. Pierre has quite a big personal budget in order to realize his large-scale
project. Half of this budget will be put into the global main budget. That represents
an important contribution. |
